I have started some new lacy socks, they are Waving Lace socks from the book "Favourite Socks" by Interweave. I am really enjoying knitting them, the yarn is lovely to knit. It is Posh Yarn, Lucia in Stonewashed colour way.

More socks!!!
I have finally finished my "Not for Goths" Fluted Bannister socks, they have been OTN since July so its about time I finished them. They are knitted in 100% sportweight Merino in "Not just for goths" colourway, from Middleearth Yarns. The yarn is fab, they are so snuggly and warm, definately house socks ;)

Christmas Knits started
I have started some Christmas knits, the first is a Chevron Scarf (top picture) from Last Minute Knitted Gifts by Joelle Hoverson, knitted using Colinette Jitterbug in Florentina and Gaugain. It is coming along well and is now about 12 inches :)
The second is a Clapotis scarf knitted in South West Trading Company Bamboo in purplexed. It is a stunning yarn which feels so soft and silky.
I am really enjoying knitting both at the moment but scarves are notoriously repetative so we'll see how I get on ;)
